Return and Exchange Policy
In case if you do not like the product which you received from www.shubhkalastore.com, you can send back the item you have purchased in its original condition and tags with the same package within 3 days.
1. We Don't Accept Customization Stitched Product.
2. Our Company Is Not Responsible If You Don't Have Open Video of The Parcel.
3. Once we received our Return Product... Refund amount will be credited to your account within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Parcel Open Video Is Mandatory If You Get Wrong Product. Our Company Is Not Responsible If You Don't Have Open Video of The Parcel. Because when we dispatch your order we take full video of the product before sending it.
5. Which ever product you order, if you place your order without checking the size chart and receive the product but find that it doesn't fit properly, Shubhkala Store will be not responsible for the courier charges for returning or exchanging the product.
6. If you wish to return the parcel on your own, Shubhkala store will not charge any fees. and if you prefer that the return product is collected by Shubhkala store's courier person, then ₹200 will be deducted from your refund amount.
7. Products to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging-box intact with no defects.
8. If you receive damaged or defective goods then you must call or send a WhatsApp message with the images of the damaged and defective items to 9537590757 within 48 hours. after 48 hours we will not be responsible for anything.
How to Product Return Process
Follow Step by Step.
1. Please message on 9537590757 with your order number on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return.
2. The return form link we have shared is the one you open and fill out the form for the return process.

3. We are providing our customers with two return options from our side.
A. The customer returns the product from their side.
- If you wish to return the parcel on your own, Shubhkala store will not charge any fees.
- If you wish to courier the product yourself, you will need to send it to the address given below.
- You will share the tracking details and courier information of the product you're returning on the number 9537590757.
- Once we receive the returned product on our end, your full product amount will be refunded to you within 24 to 48 hours via bank transfer or UPI.
B. The Shubhkala store's courier person picks up the product.
- If you prefer that the return product is collected by Shubhkala store's courier person, then ₹200 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- From our side, the pickup will be scheduled from your address within 24 to 72 hours. If the pickup does not happen, please contact us at 9537590757.
- Once we receive the returned product on our side, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after deducting Rs. 200/- for return policy pickup from your total amount.
4. You can choose either Option A or Option B from step number 3 mentioned above.
Exchange Policy
1. Please message on 9537590757 with your order number on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return.
2. The Exchange form link we have shared is the one you open and fill out the form for the Exchange process.

3. You will need to return the product from your side. We have shared our office address below — you can check it.
4. Once you share the return tracking details, only then will the new exchange product be dispatched from our side. After that, the new tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp 9537590757.
5. If you want us to arrange a return pickup from our side, you will need to pay a charge of ₹200. Only after the payment will we arrange the pickup from your address. However, if you choose to return the product on your own, there will be no charge.
