Return and Exchange Policy

If you're not satisfied with the product received from www.shubhkalastore.com, you can return the purchased item in its original condition with the same packaging and tag within 7 days.
1. We do not accept items with tags removed. These items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. If you receive the wrong product, a video of the parcel opening is mandatory. (If you don't have a video of the parcel opening, our company will not be responsible as we take a full video footage when dispatching the order from our office.)
3. Once we receive the returned product, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 24 to 48 hours.

Color and Description Disclaimer.
- Customers are advised to keep in mind that there might be slight color differences due to the nature of fabric colors. Although extra care is taken to reproduce the exact colors as seen on your monitor, slight variations may occur due to factors such as monitor resolution, video card, operating system, and internet browser. Fabrics can reflect different shades under varying light conditions. A difference of up to 10% in shades is considered normal.
- Customers choosing items with hand-embroidery and sequin work should understand that the shine may change due to the nature of the embroidery. Despite the best handling, this issue cannot be fully avoided. Therefore, please keep this in mind when placing an order for such products.

Damaged and Defective Goods
i. Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
ii. Complaints should be emailed with the order number and product code. A picture of the defective part must be sent for verification.
Our team will review the complaint within one business day and offer a solution:
a) Immediate replacement of defective goods, free of charge.
b) A credit note offered to you.
c) Full refund immediately.
Refund Process
1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns cannot be processed after 7 days.
2. To initiate the return process, contact us via WhatsApp at 9537510757 or email help.shubhkala@gmail.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours. .
3. We will handle the return process on our side, so please have the return parcel ready. Our office team will arrange the return pickup from your address within 1 to 2 days.
4. Once we receive your return parcel, we will check the product and process the refund within 24 hours. (Refund will be made once the returned product is inspected.) .
5. If you return a product after wearing it within 7 days, we will inform you that the product is non-refundable, and it will be sent back to you. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 4 days after the return is received.
Exchange Policy
1. We kindly request you to check the size chart before placing an order.
2. If the size is not a perfect fit, you can exchange it. However, you must return the product to our address for the exchange. (The customer will bear the shipping charge for the second shipment).
