Stitching Details
1. Please provide the correct measurements.2. Once you provide the size, the product will be sent for stitching immediately.
3. Some products come with accessories like tassels (Latkans), etc.
4. We will stitch according to the size provided by you. If there is any issue with the fitting, we will not be responsible for it.
5. If you order a stitched product and wish to return it after receiving it, the product cannot be returned. So, always check and confirm before placing an order, either by checking or through a video call.
Return and Exchange Policy

1. We do not accept items with tags removed. These items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. If you receive the wrong product, a video of the parcel opening is mandatory. (If you don't have a video of the parcel opening, our company will not be responsible as we take a full video footage when dispatching the order from our office.)
3. Once we receive the returned product, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 24 to 48 hours.

6. Damaged and Defective Goods
i. Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
ii. Complaints should be emailed with the order number and product code. A picture of the defective part must be sent for verification.

b) A credit note offered to you.

Refund Process
1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns cannot be processed after 7 days.

Exchange Policy
